Boots are the obvious choice when it comes to autumn/winter footwear, and chances are that you already have a pair from a well-known brand that you really love. That’s why hearing about Thursday Boot Co., a small firm born on Kickstarter with a high-quality offering, is a welcoming surprise.
These boots are on my radar for two simple reasons: they look awesome, and they’re affordable. It’s also worth noting that they managed to snag the record of the fashion brand that has made more money in 24 hours on Kickstarter, which means that I’m not the only one who thinks their mix of great looks and great price is a winning combo.
Thursday Boots come in three different models: Captain, Diplomat and President, each model having three different colors to choose from: Thursday Brown, Chromexcel Natural and Thursday Brown, and being inspired in classic American looks.
My personal favorite is the Captain, a “cap toe boot for the stylish and charismatic man ready to lead the charge when the going gets rough” which, for me, translates into “these babies will look badass whether you dress them up or down.”
In his own words, co-founder Nolan Walsh describes Thursday Boots as “being focused on merging the durability of the work boot with the sophistication of a fashion boot, while bringing a super premium quality product to market at an affordable price.”
I don’t know about you, but I think they succeeded.
Until next time,
