With the colder months behind us and specially now that Spring is officially here, I don’t have any excuses to not start working out and get in shape again! Keep reading to see how I plan to stay active with some of my favorite Nike pieces.

As an extra motivator to resume working out I decided to add some new stuff from Nike to my training wardrobe. Hitting the gym or going for a run is no excuse to look sloppy,  and I think it’s very important to put the same effort you do on your regular outfits into your training gear; Nike has always been a great option to find all the equipment you need while keeping in mind performance and style.


Here’s a breakdown of what I’m wearing for my training look, which works perfectly for a session at the gym or maybe a yoga class:

Nike Dri-FIT Tee

Nike Pro Warm Leggings

Nike 5″ Running Shorts

Nike Dri-FIT Lightweight No-Show Socks

Nike Roshe One in Black and White (I love that these can be worn not only for the gym but also for everyday looks!)

And if I’m feeling like going for a run instead, I only need to swap my Roshe Ones for my Free 5.0 pair, fire up the Nike+ app, and I’m ready to go!
